Villa Monopoli consists of several buildings. In the first you will find the entrance hall and a spacious living room with dining area. This can seat up to 16 people. In addition guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a fireplace. There are two double bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub. Near the main building, you will also find a trullo structure which houses a double bedroom with dressing room. There is also an en suite bathroom. The other three double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, are in individual trulli structures. Finally the annex of the property is a room with four single beds, a bathroom and a TV room with a DVD player and playstation. It’s perfect for kids!

As recently renovated property, Villa Monopoli features an elegant swimming pool (14×7 mt, 3.5 mt depth) surrounded by a deck of local stone. The interiors of Villa Monopoli have been decorated with antique furniture from the East.
