This is a unique property with 5 double bedrooms with private bath in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast situated on the seaside, between Amalfi and Positano. The house and its terraces are full of atmosphere and the spirit of the space creates perfect harmony and balance. The construction is very fascinating and the house has been beautifully restored while keeping the charm and quality of the material of the original house. A patio, just outside the property, is furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrellas ideal fortaking breakfast while you enjoy the views.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms, all with private baths. Each room has Air Conditioning, TVflat screen with SAT. Cosy living room with sofa and TV Flat with Sat Stereo system. Big modern kitchen equipped with all necessary facilities and utensils for cooking, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is the perfect stage for cooking coursesand the preparation of sophisticatedcocktails and dinner.Some steps down you access to the magnificent Indoor Poolwithjets, and chromotherapy. Access to the Villa is a 2 minutes walkway from the costal road. The Villa is walking distance from the local beach with nice restaurant and the famous night club L’Africana. The Village of Praiano is only 1 km from the house
