The living room has an oversized spacious feel and is great for entertaining thanks to its open plan that includes a dining area and a family-friendly kitchen. The soothing color palette of cool tones and some splash of colors against a white backdrop create a very pleasant ambiance.

The sitting area with plush sofas is great for enjoying the large screen TV, and offers stunning views. Inside the room, it’s possible to see outside thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors which facilitate easy indoor-outdoor living. Guest bathroom.

Upper floor

Additional open-plan living room with sitting and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. This luminous room opens onto patio and connects to the upper floor via internal marble stairs. Also on this floor is the wellness area with the sauna and a guest bathroom.

Also, at the back of the villa are a table ideal for family dining al fresco, and a panoramic rooftop terrace excellently suited for enjoying an aperitivo en plein air.
