There's a cosy living room, converted from an old barn, with a home cinema and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine floor with a pool table. The double bedroom on the ground floor has an incredible en suite spa area.

Upstairs, there are four more well-appointed en suite bedrooms offering flexible sleeping arrangements. One bedroom has its own Jacuzzi tub, perfect for soaking tired muscles if you've been out wandering the countryside.

Ground Floor

Enter through an entrance hall on the ground floor into the kitchen, fully equipped for large parties. The main dining room, equipped with a Hi-Fi, has doors that lead to the patio. The living room has been converted from the old barn, it has sofas, satellite TV and home cinema and spiral stairs that lead to the mezzanine floor with pool table. There is a pizza room with a wood burning pizza oven and indoor barbeque. Also on this floor is a double bedroom which is accessed via the dining room, it has an en-suite spa with showers (one cold, one hot/cold), sauna, steam room, WC, sinks and corner Jacuzzi bath.

First Floor

On this floor is a double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi bath; there is also another double bedroom with separate external access and seating area, huge fireplace and en-suite bathroom. There are also two further double, en-suite rooms and a separate shower room.

Staff

Maid service daily (2hours). The service is not available on Sundays or Italian bank holidays.
