This splendidly situated apartment is elegant and inviting. Stepping inside, you enter a hallway, which leads straight to the open-plan living area. Then the sitting room has a white corner sofa and two matching armchairs, and opens onto a balcony through a column-flanked doorway. From there, a staircase runs up to the spectacular roof terrace, where a collection of sofas and tables face some of Rome’s finest sights.

Walk away from the river to discover the famous domed Pantheon – visit during a downpour and you’ll see a shaft of rain, illuminated by the light streaming through the oculus.
